Yunlin County Air Pollution Control Information Integration Plan in year 2019

This project was carried out from March 7th, 2019 to December 31st, 2019. All work contents were completed as specified in the contract. (1) Establish offshore industrial park environmental monitoring information connection. As for the extension, update and maintenance of central monitoring system, we have completed the extension of 9 environmental monitoring systems according to the demand of Environmental Protection Bureau, including: air quality observation stations of Environmental Protection Administration (9 stations), river fugitive dust observation stations of Environmental Protection Administration (2 stations), external audit on air quality monitoring (10 stations), VOCs continuous monitoring stations (2 stations), mobile monitoring vehicles (2 vehicles), PM2.5 continuous monitoring stations (2 stations), 180 air quality sensors, Yunlin County meteorological stations, CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems). (2) While developing the visualized graphs and providing quick consultation and data analysis, the data warehouse is the core resource. (3) External audit on air quality monitoring facilities installed in the buffer zone of the special industrial area. (4) Environmental Protection Bureau has established eight CCTV monitoring systems in the surrounding of outlying islands industrial zone so far. These eight separate monitoring systems are integrated to the central monitoring systems via CMS (Content Management System). Through the integration, Environmental Protection Bureau is able to control the real-time status of outlying islands industrial zone and establish the complete network of live monitoring. (5) As for service information, we provide link between monitoring data and the data of offshore industrial park, establish offshore industrial park environmental monitoring sites, and assist the general public to enquire the environmental monitoring data and environmental messages of offshore industrial park. Implemented 22-time monthly maintenance on digital signage. The App is integrated into the central connection monitoring server, and be updated and maintained regularly. The first educational training workshop was held on September 30th, and it aimed on “emergency responding system” operation. It is expected that if emergency happens, the information of corporation and on-site conditions can be quickly controlled.
